Courtney Love joined 5 in April 2024, assuming the role of Senior Customer Service Analyst. With experience dating back to 2018, Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge from her 6-year tenure in the energy industry. She serves as a trusted advisor, nurturing client relationships and guiding them towards solutions that align with their business goals. At 5, Courtney embodies the role of a client's sherpa, leveraging her expertise to creatively solve problems and provide exceptional service.

Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of North Texas. She chose to join 5 because of the company's shared values of helping people and creatively solving client problems. Courtney was drawn to the palpable culture at 5, where she's proud to collaborate with talented individuals who share common goals and values.

Outside of work, Courtney indulges in her passions for vinyl records and plants, bordering on being a hoarder of both. She's an avid player of trivia games, boasting a collection of 17 different versions of Trivial Pursuit. Additionally, Courtney is the lead singer of an alternative rock band that has existed in her imagination since the 1990s.
