Caitlin Connolly has always been a dependable, go-to subject matter expert in any task she undertakes. She joined Luthin Associates in 2014 as an Analyst and learned the business while helping the commodity management and energy efficiency team. She went on to develop and execute Luthin’s digital marketing strategy and provide sales support.
After 5 acquired Luthin Associates in 2019, Caitlin was promoted into her corporate role where she oversees the larger company’s licensing, reporting, and bonding requirements to ensure compliance with state regulations. Caitlin’s work enables the experts at 5 to continue to operate and procure energy for clients across the country. As part of the Compliance team, she helps by developing company policies and aiding with contract reviews. She also keeps one foot in the marketing space, assisting with the ongoing digital messaging and branding of 5.
Caitlin graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts degree in Global Communication and Media. She is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Lambda Pi Eta, the honor society of the National Communication Association. She also received a Digital Blueprint Certificate through the New Jersey Small Business Development Center at Brookdale Community College. This certification expands upon her knowledge and skillset to plan, implement, manage, and monitor successful digital and social media strategies.

Fun Facts: When Caitlin was born, she was actually named Chelsea for a full day before her mom ultimately landed on the name Caitlin. She finds joy in making others laugh and can run circles around most people when it comes to movie/TV trivia and recalling famous quotes.
